*** WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED ***
You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 15+. This app requires iOS 15+. All app templates on this website are for iPhones without iPad support. An AdMob account is necessary if you want to show ads in the app. We provide you with some basic PDF documentation on how to replace the AdMob Interstitial Ad identifiers, and how to replace the in-app purchase product identifier. You will need a replicate.com account and a Firebase account.
*** HOW DOES IT WORK ***
- The app features two main tabs: the first displays a categorized list of faces/images from Firebase, and the second showcases the user’s uploaded photos along with their saved AI-swapped results.
- When selecting an image from the first tab, users can replace the face in that image with either one they’ve uploaded or a sample face provided by the app.
- The face swap process is powered by the Replicate API, which deducts 1 credit from the user’s balance per swap. Users can purchase additional credits through consumable in-app purchases.
- When you configure the source code with your Replicate API key, all app users will use your account. You can generate revenue whenever a user purchases additional credits or views an AdMob ad.
- In-App Purchases are handled via a private framework. This framework doesn't support subscriptions. You can use this framework for any other games/apps you want to add in-app purchases.
